Outdoor Durable

This rating of outdoor durability rules out many forms of printing, because they simply do not use as much ink or pigments as screen printing. In fact, this definition rules out many screen printers who do not know how long their inks or the products they print on last. We test all our own constructions to be sure they can meet this requirement. We can also manufacture graphics that exceed this definition of outdoor durability. By carefully choosing a material, ink, and adhesive we can meet your most demanding outdoor requirements.

Roll, Sheet, or Individual Form

Roll Form

We have invested in new technology that enables us to print on the same materials, use the same inks, and the same processes, to screen print with the same or better accuracy, wide format roll-to-roll. No longer do you have to “settle” for flexo decal durability, just because you need roll labels. We will be happy to have our product independantly weather tested against ANY flexo printed roll product and show you the difference screen printing can make.

Sheet Form

Typically used when the cost of a die is prohibitive, or only a small quantity is being ordered. Your graphic is kiss-cut and left on the material backing sheet.

Individual Form

We cut out your graphic completely and we split the backing. This will make application of larger decals easier. You can remove half the backing, position the decal using the side with the backing still on, and apply the half with the backing removed. Then just remove the backing and apply the other half.
