We provide true JIT shipping. This means we only ship what is on your schedule. We do not ship product in early because your blanket ran out, or your requirements dropped off your schedule. We take the responsibility to produce what is on your schedules, not what is on your purchase order. You commit only to an established “run quantity” based on price, and this commitment only comes into play should your part be discontinued or changed.

Using communicated line numbers from assembly, we will prepare your packaging appropriately. This usually allows the package to skip receiving and go directly to the line in which it is being used. The boxes will be clearly labeled, with a line number, purchase order number(s), list of parts, and quantities.

We have established strategic relationships with our suppliers, and can bring their expertise on-site to help. Often a little training can make a big difference in the quality of application. This is vital to the long term durability of your decal, and therefore, to the perceived value of your product.

We have invested in new technology that enables us to print on the same materials, use the same inks, and employ the same processes, to screen print roll-to-roll. You no longer have to “settle” for flexo decal durability, just because you need roll labels.
